The Sponge backing Pads are used for sanding Surfboards, SUP's, Kiteboards and Windsurfers. Perfectly made to sand the board, also fit between the fins and tight areas. Hard sponge density (30mm thickness) gives you control and cushion while sanding the difficult areas. Hook backed so all your 6 inch velcro (looped) backed sanding discs fit perfectly 

The pads have 14mm METAL thread for longer wearing use  (which is used in Australia and majority of the world please check your sander or polisher for thread size before buying as some USA sander/polishers  have different thread sizes)

These pads are a hard density pad which are made for:

• Sanding down finboxes
• Recommended for the flat areas of the board (decks and bottoms of a surfboard)
  
• Ideal for the fast and effective removal of resin (and resin lumps)
